• Prepare and share donor reports, updates, and acknowledgements.
• Maintain and update donor data. 
• Draft, review, and manage CSR-related emails and communication.
• Handle donor queries professionally and resolve concerns.
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain strong relationships with donors.
• Coordinate and attend donor visits, meetings, and fundraising events.
• Prepare visit reports, progress updates, and feedback summaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely sharing.
