Help Alkhidmat Restore 2.3 million lives in Gaza

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is launching a major initiative under the Rebuild Gaza Campaign by establishing a large field hospital at the Gaza border. This facility will deliver emergency medical treatment, trauma care, and essential health services to thousands of displaced and injured Palestinians who have lost access to healthcare during the crisis.

Positioning the hospital near the border will greatly improve response and care:

• It reduces travel time for critically injured patients, enabling faster emergency treatment.

• It streamlines the delivery of medical supplies and medical staff.

• It serves as a stabilization point before patients are moved for advanced treatment.

Alkhidmat is also planning to bring 1,500 wounded Palestinians to Pakistan for specialized medical care, supporting long-term recovery.

This campaign calls upon global donors and well-wishers to help restore health and hope for the people of Gaza.

With 97% of Gaza’s educational facilities damaged, thousands of children have been left without classrooms or stable learning environments. To address this urgent crisis, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is working under the Rebuild Gaza Campaign to restore access to education for displaced Palestinian children. The goal is to rebuild hope, stability, and a sense of normalcy through uninterrupted learning.

Currently, two shelter schools are already operational in Gaza, providing safe spaces where children can resume their studies despite the destruction around them. These schools offer structured classes, emotional support, and an environment that helps students continue their academic journey. Building on this progress, five more shelter schools are under construction, which will significantly expand the capacity to accommodate hundreds of additional students affected by the conflict.

In addition to rebuilding primary education facilities, Alkhidmat is also investing in long-term academic development. The campaign includes sponsoring Palestinian students to pursue higher education in Pakistan, ensuring that young people not only return to learning today but also have opportunities for a brighter and more secure future.

Thousands of Palestinian children have been orphaned due to the ongoing crisis in Gaza, making orphan care one of the most urgent needs. Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is responding by expanding its orphan sponsorship program from 750 children to a total of 3,000, ensuring far greater coverage and protection for those who have lost their parents.

Under this expanded program, an additional 2,250 orphaned children will receive monthly financial assistance along with support for education, healthcare, nutrition, and emotional well-being. Alkhidmat has already been providing $50 monthly support to each of the 750 sponsored orphans, helping them meet basic needs and maintain stability during unimaginable hardship.

This scale-up reflects Alkhidmat’s long-term commitment to helping Gaza’s most vulnerable children rebuild their lives. By supporting this initiative, donors can play a direct role in ensuring that orphaned Palestinian children grow up with dignity, opportunity, and hope for a secure future.

Over 25 months of crisis have left more than 2.3 million Palestinians without reliable access to clean water, creating severe health risks for families, children, and the elderly. To address this urgent need, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is launching one hundred clean water projects across Gaza under its Rebuild Gaza Campaign.

These projects include the installation of water pumps, filtration systems, wells, and storage units, as well as the development of long-term water infrastructure to ensure consistent access to safe drinking water. Alkhidmat is also training 46 local mechanics to maintain the systems, ensuring sustainability and community ownership.

By supporting these clean water initiatives, donors can help reduce waterborne diseases, restore dignity to affected families, and ensure that vulnerable communities in Gaza have safe, dependable water as they work to rebuild their lives.

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is significantly expanding its scholarship program for Palestinian students under the Rebuild Gaza campaign. Currently, Alkhidmat supports 404 students, and under this new initiative the number of academic scholarships offered in Pakistan will increase to 1,000 and more than doubling the opportunity for higher education.
