لاہور ( &nbsp;) صدر الخدمت فاؤنڈیشن پاکستان پروفیسر ڈاکٹرحفیظ الرحمن نے راشدآباد سندھ میں الخدمت اورفن آغوش ہوم کاافتتاح کردیا،12کنال پرمشتمل آغوش سنٹرمیں 168اورفن بچوں کی گنجائش موجود ہے رواں ماہ 40مزید بچوں کی شمولیت کے بعد رہائشی بچوں کی تعداد112تک پہنچ جائے گی جن کاتعلق ٹنڈواللہ یار،حیدرآباد،میرپورخاص،سانگھڑ،عمرکوٹ سے ہے۔

الخدمت کی جانب سے آغوش قائم کرنے کامقصداورفن بچوں کی مددکرتے ہوئے انھیں تعلیم،صحت،رہائش سمیت دیگرضروریات زندگی فراہم کرنے کے علاوہ اخلاقی تربیت اورخوداعتمادی دے کرانھیں پاکستان سمیت انسانیت کیلئے ایک کارآمداثاثہ بناناہے۔ چیئرمین الخدمت اورفن کئیرپروگرام ائیرمارشل (ر)فاروق حبیب،مرکزی نائب صدراعجازاللہ خان،نیشنل ڈائریکٹرآغوش ہومزائیرمارشل (ر)ارشدملک،ریجنل صدرسندھ ڈاکٹرسیدتبسم جعفری،بانی رشیدآبادمیموریل ویلفیئرائیرکموڈور (ر) شبیر احمد خان، ائیرکموڈور(ر)طیب نعیم اختر،سابق سینیٹرڈاکٹرراحیلہ گل مگسی سمیت مختلف طبقات کی نمایاں شخصیات اورباہمت بچے پروقارافتتاحی تقریب میں شریک ہوئے۔

ڈاکٹرحفیظ الرحمن نے کہاکہ 2005کے زلزلے کے نتیجے میں یتیم ہونے والے بچوں کیلئے اٹک میں پہلے آغوش ہوم کی بنیادرکھی گئی اورپھریہ سلسلہ پورے پاکستان میں پھیل گیا اس وقت 22آغوش ہومز سنٹرزفنگشنل جبکہ 8آغوش زیرتعمیرہیں۔ غازی انطیب ترکی میں الخدمت فاؤنڈیشن کے زیرانتظام شام کے اورفن بچوں کیلئے آغوش ورکنگ کررہا ہے جبکہ افغانستان کے دارالحکومت کابل میں الخدمت آغوش کی تعمیرتیزی سے جاری ہے۔

انھوں نے کہاکہ پاکستان میں اس وقت 44لاکھ سے زائد بچے یتیم ہیں جن میں سے نصف ضرورت مندہیں، انھیں تعلیم،صحت اور خوراک جیسی بنیادی ضروریا ت میسرنہیں۔الخدمت نے آغاز میں 5ہزا ر اورفن بچوں کی کفالت کا سوچاتھا لیکن اللہ کی مدداور اہل خیرکے تعاون سے اس وقت 30ہزاربچوں کی کفالت پراڑھائی ارب روپے سالانہ خرچ کررہے ہیں۔

ڈاکٹرحفیظ الرحمن نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ الخدمت فاؤنڈیشن 30 ہزار یتیم بچوں کی کفالت پرسالانہ اڑھائی ارب روپے خرچ کررہی ہے،آرفن کی باہمت ماؤں اور بزرگوں کے لئے مختلف پراجیکٹس کے ذریعے ریلیف فراہم کیا جاتا ہے۔ایسی تقاریب کا مقصد آرفن بچوں، ان کی باہمت ماؤں اور اولڈایج ہومز میں مقیم بزرگوں میں احساس محرومی ختم کرکے انھیں رمضان اور عید کی خوشیوں میں شریک کرنا ہے، رمضان میں آرفن بچوں کیلئے اضلاع،ریجن اور مرکزی سطح پر مختلف افطارپروگرامات منعقدکئے جاتے ہیں ان باہمت بچوں کو عیدکی خریداری کروائی جاتی ہے تاکہ یہ اپنے والدین کی کمی کوکم محسوس کریں۔&nbsp; یتیم بچے اوریہ بے گھر بزرگ افراد ہمارے معاشرے کا توجہ طلب طبقہ ہیں۔الخدمت کے والنٹیرز&nbsp; کی جانب سے اِن کے لیے کی جانے والی کاوشیں اور اقدامات قابل تحسین ہیں۔ ہمیں اس نیک مقصد کے لیے انفرادی اور اجتماعی طور پر مل کر معاشرے کے اس نادار اور مستحق طبقے کے لیے اقدامات کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔

ڈاکٹر حفیظ الرحمن نے کہا کہ اس وقت غزہ تباہی کے دھانے پر 22 لاکھ افراد محصور اور ہماری امداد کے منتظر ہیں الخدمت فاؤنڈیشن مسلسل غزہ ریلیف کیلئے سرگرمیاں جاری رکھے ہوئے ہے ایک ارب 70 کروڑ سے زائد مالیت کا امدادی سامان ہم مختلف ذرائع سے غزہ بھجوا چکے ہیں، جبکہ امدادی سامان کی ترسیل مسلسل جاری ہے۔ ڈاکٹر مشتاق مانگٹ نے کہا کہ رمضان اور عید کی خوشیوں میں اپنے ساتھ شریک کرنا یتیم بچوں اور بے سہارا معمر افراد کا بھی حق ہے۔اِسی&nbsp; احساس کے ساتھ الخدمت فاؤنڈیشن کے رضاکار ہر سال کالجز اور یونیورسٹیز کے طلبہ و طالبات کے ساتھ مل کر یتیم بچوں، اُن کی ماؤں اور اولڈ ایج ہوم کے بے گھر خواتین و حضرات کے لیے افطار اور عید تحائف کا اہتمام کرتے ہیں۔عید کے تحائف کا اہتمام الخدمت کے رضاکار کرتے ہیں اور بچوں کے لیے ایسا خوبصورت میلہ لگاتے ہیں تاکہ انہیں بھی خوشیوں میں شریک کیا جا سکے۔

Alkhidmat is providing orphan care where they are providing residence, food, health and education services in the best possible way. 27776 children are cared at their home, 137 clusters, 253 learning centers, 1873 children are currently living in Aghosh Alkhidmat. There is 30 Aghosh in which 22 are serving while 8 are under construction. The total&nbsp; expense of this program for the year 2023 was PKR 2328 million.
