Alkhidmat Women's Wing Trust Organizes Packing Drive to Aid Palestinians

Under the auspices of Alkhidmat Foundation Women's Wing Trust, a heartwarming "packing drive" was recently organized to provide essential relief materials to the oppressed Palestinian people. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of 1500 volunteers from various universities, colleges, and schools who came together to pack much-needed items including women's and children's clothes, utensils, and other necessities of life into plastic boxes.

Distinguished guests including officials from Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan and Jamaat-e-Islami Women Wing graced the occasion with their presence and shared their insightful views.

The dire situation in Gaza, where 22 lakh people, including children and women, are facing severe problems due to the ongoing conflict, was emphasized. Alkhidmat's continuous efforts in providing relief to the victims and ensuring aid supplies reach Gaza within 24 hours were highlighted. The destruction of essential infrastructure such as hospitals, schools, and water sources in Gaza has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis, leaving millions in desperate need of assistance.

Comprehensive planning for immediate rehabilitation efforts post-ceasefire, including reconstruction of residential units, water filtration plants, hospitals, and mosques, was mentioned. Deep gratitude was expressed to the dedicated volunteers who tirelessly packed goods for the oppressed Palestinian brothers and sisters, acknowledging their invaluable contribution towards humanitarian aid.

The blog also shed light on the generous contributions made by well-wishers of Pakistan, with Rs. 2 crores worth of assistance has already been sent through the Women's Wing Trust. Additionally, it highlighted the substantial delivery of relief goods, medicines, and other essentials to the Palestinian people, reaffirming Alkhidmat's unwavering commitment to stand in solidarity with them during these challenging times.

The blog concluded by praising the exemplary spirit and dedication of the 1500 youths who selflessly registered themselves for the packing drive, emphasizing the priceless love and moral support they exhibited for the Palestinians. Their noble efforts serve as a beacon of hope and solidarity, demonstrating the power of compassion and collective action in making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
