PESHAWAR: The provincial committee of Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa convened its latest session, led by Committee Chairman Sabir Hussain Awan, to review key milestones and future goals in the organization’s growing humanitarian work.
During the meeting, attendees discussed the foundation’s performance throughout 2024, ongoing welfare projects currently under construction, and the progress of the widely praised “Bano Qabil” program, which offers free digital skills training to youth. The committee praised Alkhidmat’s continued commitment to building a more compassionate society through inclusive and non-discriminatory social services.
Provincial President Khalid Waqas and General Secretary Muhammad Shakir Siddiqi were among the others present. The meeting was also attended by Vice Presidents Fida Muhammad Khan, Hafiz Hameedullah Advocate, and Dr. Samiullah Jan, alongside committee members Malik Saeed Khan and Shah Faisal Afridi.
Finance Secretary Fazal Subhan, Regional Manager Dr. Shakeel Ahmed, General Manager Dr. Adil Muhammad, and department heads also took part in the strategic discussion.
The meeting concluded with a shared resolve to further strengthen Alkhidmat’s social impact across the province, focusing on sustainable development, youth empowerment, and extending support to marginalized communities.
Bio. Alkhidmat has acted efficiently and provided help to victims of disasters whether that was the recent 2022 Pakistan flood or the 2005 earthquake in Kashmir.
