Alkhidmat has delivered over 4،657 tons of lifesaving relief aid to Gaza since October 7, 2023. This aid includes cooked meals, clean drinking water, canned food, ration packs, flour bags, rice packs, iftar packs, Qurbani meat packs, baby milk, winter supplies, medicines, hygiene kits, baby kits, fresh vegetables, jerry cans, water bottles, biscuit, honey, tea, and other necessities of life.
Provide Immediate Aid to Gaza Now
Alkhidmat launched a holistic response to provide immediate aid following the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. On one hand, we carried out a worldwide fundraising campaign to arrange the maximum amount of relief aid, and on the other hand, we sought international partners to initiate as many collaborative efforts as possible to provide relief on the ground in Gaza. Through successful collaboration with international partner NGOs, we were able to provide tents and tarpaulins for immediate shelter, as well as start the distribution of hot meals and clean drinking water. Displaced and oppressed families were also provided with family packs, mattresses, clothes, kitchen sets, blankets, and other basic necessities of life.
And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive, [Saying], 'We feed you only for the sake of Allah. We desire neither reward nor thanks from you.' (Surah Al-Insan, 76:8-9)
Current Situation In Palestine and our past work
Since March 18, 2025, there has been no access to deliver aid into Gaza, and more than four and a half months have passed. However, we utilized the supplies stored inside Gaza during the ceasefire days and established kitchens in Gaza, as well as arranged a local team consisting of Gazan personnel. Using these supplies, our local teams in Gaza are providing displaced and oppressed Palestinian families with hot meals, fresh bread, and vegetables to help meet their nutritional needs. Clean drinking water is also being distributed to keep families and children hydrated amidst the scorching heat and severe water shortage.
Medical Support in Palestine
Amid the ongoing conflict in Palestine, Alkhidmat Foundation, in collaboration with international partners, has provided critical medical support to affected communities. This includes the renovation of 2 health clinics, delivery of 451 tons of essential medicines, 25,677 hygiene kits, 19,989 baby kits, and 17,500 safe delivery kits, ensuring children, women, and families receive urgent care and support.
To aid emergency response, 3 fully equipped ambulances were deployed to transport patients safely. Alkhidmat continues to focus on life-saving medical aid, hygiene, and maternal-child health, offering hope and dignity to those impacted by the war. Educational Support
Alkhidmat Foundation is dedicated to empowering Palestinian youth through comprehensive education support across Gaza, Egypt, Turkiye, and Pakistan. In Gaza, Alkhidmat has established two schools to help continue academic activities despite ongoing hardships. In Cairo, Egypt, the Alkhidmat School for Palestinian refugee children currently educate 300 students, while 404 Palestinian students receive monthly scholarships. Among them, 25 are pursuing medical degrees in Egyptian colleges. In Turkiye, 25 Palestinian students’ study at Istanbul Medeniyet University with a $300 monthly stipend each.
Alkhidmat has also brought 174 students to Pakistan for fully sponsored medical and dental education, including 74 at Riphah University, with more arriving soon. The Alkhidmat envisions hosting 1,000 Palestinian students in Pakistan across medical and non-medical fields, nurturing a new generation of skilled leaders and professionals who will contribute to rebuilding Gaza’s future. This initiative reflects Alkhidmat’s unwavering commitment to education as a means of hope, dignity, and sustainable development for Palestine.

Help Us Save Lives in Gaza
The World Health Organization (WHO) warned in May 2025 that the entire 2.1 million population of Gaza is facing prolonged food shortages, with nearly half a million people in a catastrophic situation of hunger, acute malnutrition, starvation, illness, and death. This is one of the world’s worst hunger crises, unfolding in real time. On August 3, 2025, a glimmer of hope for aid access into Gaza emerged after four and a half months. Alkhidmat has dispatched 100 tons of relief aid for Gaza. The aid for displaced Palestinian families and children includes 65 tons of canned food, 20 tons of dry milk for children, 5 tons of biscuits, and 10 tons of medicines. If this delivery reaches Gaza and access remains open, Alkhidmat plans to send 100 tons of relief aid every week. For these weekly supplies, we will prioritize the most urgent items needed by Palestinian families in Gaza to survive the hunger and food crisis. This may include, but is not limited to, canned food, dry milk for children, medicines, food packs, fresh vegetables, and other basic necessities of life.
