Bano Qabil Volunteers Meetup Held in Mardan

Alkhidmat Bano Qabil volunteers’ meetup was organized in Mardan and drew a large number of young participants, with speakers highlighting the role of digital skills and technology-driven opportunities for youth.

Addressing the gathering, Khalid Waqas, President Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said the Bano Qabil program has been equipping young people with modern information technology and digital skills to help them achieve financial independence and respectable employment opportunities.

He said the growing digital economy has opened new avenues for freelancing, online business and technology-based careers, adding that thousands of young people associated with the program were contributing to their households and the broader economy through IT skills.

He also praised the role of volunteers, describing them as ambassadors of the mission to promote education, skills and opportunities among young people.

The event was also addressed by Air Commodore (R) Muhammad Amin, Provincial Director Bano Qabil Program; Ghulam Rasool, District Patron; and Dr. Arshad Ahmad, President Alkhidmat Foundation Mardan, who spoke about opportunities for youth and the vision of a digitally skilled Pakistan.
