Alkhidmat Launches Summer Internship Program for Youth

Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa inaugurated its Summer Internship Program, bringing together young participants from across the province to gain practical experience in humanitarian and community development.

The internship is designed to provide participants with hands-on exposure to eight key sectors of Alkhidmat Foundation, helping them develop professional skills and gain insight into the organization's welfare and humanitarian work.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, Prof. Dr. Hafeez ur Rahman, encouraged participants to pursue learning, enhance their skills, and dedicate themselves to serving humanity.

A panel discussion titled "The Academic Role of Volunteerism and Social Responsibility in Shaping Gen Z" was also held during the event. Vice Chancellors from various universities shared their views on preparing young people for responsible leadership and meaningful community service.

Speaking on the occasion, Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Central, Abdul Wasi, emphasized the importance of social responsibility and urged the youth to use their knowledge and abilities for the betterment of society.

President Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Khalid Waqas, highlighted the Foundation's commitment to nurturing young talent through practical learning opportunities and exposure to humanitarian work.

At the conclusion of the event, shields of appreciation were presented to distinguished guests in recognition of their contributions to the Alkhidmat Summer Internship Program.
