On 7 October 2023, Gaza was plunged into one of the worst humanitarian crises in recent world history. Over 2.2 million Palestinians, including innocent children, women, and elderly were displaced and deprived of basic life necessities of clean drinking water, food, milk for infants, medical assistance, and shelter. In response to this unfolding crisis, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, in collaboration with welfare organizations already operating in Gaza and its international partners, immediately launched emergency relief operations for displaced and affected Palestinian families.

Provide Immediate Aid to Gaza Now

For the past 28 months, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has continuously carried out relief activities for displaced and affected Palestinian families. We have delivered hot meals, clean drinking water, dry milk for children, winter packs, canned food, ration packs, warm clothing, Eid gifts, Ramadan family food packs, sacrificial meat during Eid ul Adha, fresh vegetables, medicines, and other essential supplies.

And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive, [Saying], 'We feed you only for the sake of Allah. We desire neither reward nor thanks from you.' (Surah Al-Insan, 76:8-9)

Current Situation In Palestine and our past work

The Gaza crisis has now entered its third year. Two consecutive years of severe crisis have subjected more than 2.2 million Palestinians to unimaginable hardship. Currently, Alkhidmat’s Palestinian volunteers in Gaza are providing clean drinking water and Iftar meals to displaced Palestinian families on a daily basis through the Alkhidmat kitchen set up in Gaza. Moreover, Ramadan ration packs are being dispatched from Pakistan to Egypt for delivery to displaced Palestinian families in Gaza. Since October 2023, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has delivered 6,524 tons of relief aid worth PKR 9.50 billion to Gaza. Following the ceasefire on 19 October 2025, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan launched the PKR 15 billion “Rebuild Gaza” campaign. Through this campaign, we aim to restore life in Gaza by constructing a residential tower, a hospital, and schools. We also seek to rebuild Masajid, restore clean water projects, and sponsor thousands of orphaned children in Gaza under the Alkhidmat Rebuild Gaza campaign.

Medical Support in Palestine

Amid the ongoing conflict in Palestine, Alkhidmat Foundation, in collaboration with international partners, has provided critical medical support to affected communities. This includes the renovation of 2 health clinics, delivery of 444 tons of essential medicines, 34,077 hygiene kits, 19,989 baby kits, and 17,500 safe delivery kits, ensuring children, women, and families receive urgent care and support.

To aid emergency response, 3 fully equipped ambulances were deployed to transport patients safely. Alkhidmat continues to focus on life-saving medical aid, hygiene, and maternal-child health, offering hope and dignity to those impacted by the war. Educational Support

Beyond emergency relief, we have also undertaken long term humanitarian initiatives in Gaza. These include the sponsorship of 750 orphaned children in Gaza, establishment of two tent schools to restore children’s education, and provision of scholarships in Pakistan for 417 Palestinian youth to complete their medical and non-medical degrees.

Help Us Save Lives in Gaza

The World Health Organization (WHO) warned in May 2025 that the entire 2.2 million population of Gaza is facing prolonged food shortages, with nearly half a million people in a catastrophic situation of hunger, acute malnutrition, starvation, illness, and death. This is one of the world’s worst hunger crises, unfolding in real time. Alkhidmat has dispatched 6,524 tons of relief aid for Gaza through different ways. If this delivery reaches Gaza and access remains open, Alkhidmat plans to send 100 tons of relief aid every week. For these weekly supplies, we will prioritize the most urgent items needed by Palestinian families in Gaza to survive the hunger and food crisis. This may include, but is not limited to, canned food, dry milk for children, medicines, food packs, fresh vegetables, and other basic necessities of life.
