Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa reviewed the progress of its welfare initiatives and development projects at a meeting of its Regional Board of Management for central and southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa held in Peshawar.

The meeting was chaired by President Alkhidmat Foundation KP, Khalid Waqas, and attended by GS AKF KP, Muhammad Shakir Siddiqi, provincial vice presidents, secretaries, program directors, regional manager, district presidents and managers, along with representatives of the Alkhidmat Women Trust. Social figure Haji Ghulam Ali also attended the meeting as a special guest.

Participants were briefed on ongoing welfare activities and projects, including the organization’s 2025 annual performance, the Bano Qabil Free IT program, health services, orphan sponsorship initiatives and progress on under-construction Aghosh Homes. Reports were reviewed and participants expressed satisfaction over program performance.

Planning related to a proposed Research and Development Center was also presented during the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, Khalid Waqas praised donors, partner welfare organizations and volunteers for supporting Alkhidmat’s social welfare work, and said public trust and volunteer commitment remained central to the organization’s humanitarian mission.
