• Support the Warden/Administrator in the smooth management and supervision of Aghosh Home.
• Supervise children’s daily routines and ensure proper implementation of the approved timetable.
• Ensure holistic care, discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of all resident children.
• Monitor student behavior, ensure cleanliness and inventory control, and implement organizational policies effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
