Job description:

Manage office administration, procurement, supplies, equipment, vendors, and premises security.
Supervise support staff and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, workshops, and other events.
Maintain physical and digital records, including stores and financial documentation.
Monitor bank accounts, petty cash, cash flow, and monthly account reconciliation.
Prepare financial reports/summaries and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and financial standards.
