Alkhidmat to Spend Rs2.32 Billion on Qurbani Project 2026

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan (AKFP) will spend Rs2.325 billion on its Qurbani Project 2026, under which more than 13,000 sacrificial animals will be sacrificed for vulnerable families in Pakistan and people affected by the war in Gaza said Prof. Dr. Hafeezur Rehman, President AKFP.

Addressing a press conference, Prof. Dr. Hafeezur Rehman said the project would benefit more than 500,000 families, including orphans, widows, low-income households and Gaza affectees.

He said sacrificial meat for Gaza residents would be arranged through Qurbani operations in Egypt, Jerusalem and Lebanon, adding, around Rs1.035 billion has been allocated for Gaza relief alone.

In Pakistan, the organization plans to sacrifice 6,000 cows and 4,000 small animals for distribution among deserving families across the country.

Zikrullah Mujahid, Vice President AKFP was also present on the occasion.
