• Must be domiciled in the same region/area (Islamabad Region).
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise Assistant Regional Coordinators and other staff.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all regional programs and activities.
• Ability to develop regional strategies, ensure effective implementation, and achieve program objectives.
• Ability to review, analyze, and approve reports prepared by Assistant Regional Coordinators and ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for preparing regional work plans, budget plans, and ensuring effective financial utilization.
• Oversight of orphan family support program and other program-related activities at the regional level.
• Ability to make independent decisions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations across the region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.
