• Knowledge of microfinance operations, including loan disbursement and recovery processes. 
• Ability to prepare accurate donor reports and maintain program documentation. 
• Strong coordination and communication skills with field teams and branch offices. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, record-keeping and data management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of financial and program data.
• Willingness to travel for field visits, monitoring and program implementation.
• Prior experience in microfinance, banking, development sector, or donor-funded projects will be an advantage.
