• Basic knowledge of loan/credit processe. 
• Strong communication skills (especially telephonic interaction).
• Ability to coordinate effectively with branch teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping.
• Ability to work diligently and maintain confidentially of data
• Willingness to travel for field assignments.
• Prior experience in customer service, recovery, morco-finance will be an advantage.
