Peshawar: The second phase of the "Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ and Seerat Kahani" test was held at Sahibzada Abdul Qayyum Hall, University of Peshawar, under the Alkhidmat Orphan Family Support Program. A total of 129 students, registered under the program from 27 districts of the province, participated in the event.
The ceremony was attended by Maulana Dr. Muhammad Ismail Khan, Vice Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Central, as the chief guest.
President Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Khalid Waqas, Dean of Social Sciences Department University of Peshawar Prof. Dr. Johar Ali, Program Officer Alkhidmat Orphan Care Department AKFP Inayat Mehsud, a guest from South Africa, Muhammad Janan Sheikh, Senior Program Manager Orphan Care Department, Muhammad Noman and others also attended the event.
Speakers highlighted the significance of following the life of the Prophet ﷺ, emphasizing that success in this world and the hereafter can only be achieved by adhering to His ﷺ teachings.
Earlier, the first phase of the test was conducted at 24 study centers established under Alkhidmat Orphan Family Support program across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where 1,407 sponsored students participated. Of these, 129 students qualified for the second phase. Those who will succeed in the second phase will compete in the third and final phase at a national level in Lahore.
During the event, Khalid Waqas, President Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, presented honorary shields to the distinguished guests.
Bio. Alkhidmat has acted efficiently and provided help to victims of disasters whether that was the recent 2022 Pakistan flood or the 2005 earthquake in Kashmir.
