From time to time, our name, branding, or project materials, or similar names, are used without authorisation, which can cause confusion for donors. Al Khidmat Foundation Pakistan regularly takes action to protect its name and reputation.

We therefore clarify that:

• Al Khidmat Welfare UK (Charity No. 1143229) is an independent UK charity and has no association, partnership, or representative arrangement with Al Khidmat Foundation Pakistan and/or its Karachi Chapter.
• Al Khidmat Welfare UK uses a logo that is the same as, or closely resembles, the Al Khidmat Foundation Pakistan logo, which has led to confusion among donors as to whether the organisations are connected.

Following concerns raised by supporters in the UK, Al Khidmat Foundation Pakistan has written to the above-named charity and is considering appropriate legal options to protect its position.
