Must be able to handle building grey structure and finishing works.
Must have experience in construction materials, safety standards, estimation and billing.
Ability to supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Ability to educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols.
Ability to inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Ability to analyze blueprints to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
