Turkey-Syria Earthquake

Turkey and Syria earthquake relief funds:

The morning of 6th February was challenging for the Turkish and Syrian people. They slept with the dreams of continuing their routine life, while nature had different plans. In the early morning of that day, a 7.8 magnitude quake shook Southeastern Turkey, Syria and nearby countries.

It was so massive. Small apartments and the grand buildings moved back and forth like a lightweight pendulum. Quake jolts even break the roads. Since this happened in the early morning, very few were awake, whereas most were sleeping. They did not even get a chance to escape the disaster.

Turkish and Syrian people were helplessly crying. The hue and cry over the loss of family, friends and properties could be heard in nearby lands.

6th February was a dark day. Meanwhile, the rescue, another jolt of 7.5 magnitudes, left people in destruction, pain, crying. It transformed the Adana and Gaziantep into big hills of worthless rubble. Numerous poor Turkish and Syrian people got stuck in it for hours, crying for aid.
