Youth Empowerment Through Vocational Training
Pakistan’s 64 percent population comprises youth below the age of 30. We have now more young people than in the past. We all know these young people have the power to move the country to the next phase of political and economic stability, but the lack of professional or vocational training and opportunities are not allowing them to make a difference in their lives.
To meet this prerequisite and to minimize the unemployment ratio, Alkhidmat Foundation in collaboration with Punjab Vocational Training Council would work together by imparting different entrepreneurial skills to the youth of Pakistan in different fields such as IT, software, electrical engineering, and tailoring, etc. The MOU signed between the two organizations will bridge up skills gap among the youth created after formal education.
