Since its establishment in 1990, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has always recognized the significance of volunteers in the successful execution of its humanitarian relief work. A well-connected network of volunteers across the country is clear evidence of it.
However, during the last decade, AKFP realized that there was a need to put more emphasis on instilling volunteerism among the young generation. So that, the matchless legacy of humanitarian services by legendary volunteers such as Naimat Ullah Khan and Abdul Sattar Edhi can be preserved. For this, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan established its Volunteers Department in 2015 to attract and manage volunteers to participate in different humanitarian projects of AKFP to serve humanity.
