Mentors and administrators are the real change-makers and influencers when it comes to demonstrating leadership skills in a given professional environment. Being the most modern and up-to-date humanitarian organization, Alkhidmat Foundation is committed to reinforcing the professional management skills, expertise, and creativity of its office-bearers, managers, mentors, and administrators. This train the trainer program aims at personality grooming and development of our staff. We rehearse this activity throughout the year. Recently, we organized a staff development workshop for the administrators and mentors of Aghosh Homes.
The program comprised of different sessions that offered the participants a deep insight into career counseling and guidance development plan about the future. Sayyed Ehsan Ullah Waqas, Senior Vice President of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, and Mr. Shahid Iqbal, Secretary-General of AKFP addressed the workshop. Both the leaders urged on developing reasoning, problem-solving, and leadership skills in order to become a source of inspiration and guidance for the people they have to deal with on daily basis.
